Recap of (J.J.)Yaniv’s case, Why it’s important.
The short version of the story could go like this if you aren’t willing to go through details and my moderate’s opinion : Jonathan Yaniv now known as Jessica Yaniv, based in British Columbia — Canada is now in superior court of B.C. over the multiple cases of BC human right cases she filed against a dozen estheticians. Her claims is that she was discriminated against on the base of her gender identity. The defence lawyer claims that the discrimination was on the base of biological sex. The service denied was … a brazilian wax but around a dick + scrotum. In a sane world, the governement would not be required to force some small businesswomen to wax your balls, specially if not equiped nor trained. What made the story more than just a “Florida Man” weird story is that… outside of that, J.Y. has a long history of being a sexual predator and pedophile. This makes the perfect narrative for right-wingers and TERFS to dunk sugar on trans people or trans rights movement. Lefties are more like “WHO TF is this”.
Waxtivism
The courts ordered a publication ban on the cases and JY’s identity. It was lifted by the end of July 2019. According to the National Post’s story, the human right tribunal got tired of Yaniv’s repetitive cases and her “hit and run” intimidation tactic of abandoning cases that were not surrendered by defendants. This was also backed by a more neutral-balanced source. In short, she never won. The salons closed in fear. Those who stayed, JY surrendered to avoid losing them. WOKAY.
One could argue that there is a legitimate case of sex-based bias in the beauty industry against biological males, regardless of how they identify. Jessica Y spoke of some cases in which she was denied a wax on her arm and on facial, to which I am skeptic because I have seen her lie countless times in streams such as the Blaire White’s and the Alex Jones’s. Blaire alleges that the problem was on her part of being creepy to the esthetician. On my part, being a biological male and being identified mostly as a man, I was never refused such services.
When it comes to genitals tho.. let me use my very high IQ to assert that a dick is a different shape and tissue than a vagina. The waxing would be different, require different skills and some training. If the specific service was not offered in the first place or if the person is unable to make it, it would be rude to pressure them to do so. I can’t imagine using the government’s juridic branch to coerce them or close them but apparently that’s something you can do. *sigh* So much for the Insecure victim. Let’s say I go to the salons Jessica went and ask them the same thing, I would assume they would refuse me on the basis of being a biological male, not for “identifying as a man”. Hence why I do believe that the gender identity protection cannot be applied if another variable was already at play. The defence lawyer went the same way; “they didn’t discriminate on gender identity since you cannot wax an identity, you wax genitals”. And for Hell’s sake, go for IPL if you want results.
Why is this of any interests? My followers know me for being pro LGBTQ+ for at least the issues that were before 2015. This case will (hopefully) initiate honest discussions about the limits of gender identity protections within the activists. For exemple at what point can we clock if someone is a true trans or just a LARPer using Loopholes to gain acces to female-only spaces? Can male-bodied women who take hormones compete in women’s sports and if yes what is the exact threshold? Can women who feel insecure retract consent while in service for their work?
Responses from the Right and the Left
The primary spinner of the story was the Post Millenial, a partisan conservative paper that blur the lines with “journalism”. I had noticed their insistance on stories that put trans people in a negative light by spotlighting the “bad ones” that the right/reactionairies like to poke fun at such as MAAM. You can read Yaniv’s #1 case of sexual predator accusation in 2014, their version of the story, the body positive topless pool party for teens that I will describe later, and some side stories about sexual misconducts with minor girls.
I have to give them credit for the factual description of the events and not misgendering her too much. I have to take it back at some point for the editorial line implication that “human right is bad” and will lead to Yaniv winning her cases, haha clown world. Like, no, that is not how the courts work guys. Despite being the least intelligent thing to do, she had the right to do it and lose. I am willing to bet 100$, the courts are filled with reasonable intelleigent people like us and will not agree with Yaniv’s conclusions. [EDIT 2020 : a lot of people would owe me 100$ now] The non-discrimination cases will not include ALL services or spaces.
Some InfoWars style siteweb said that “degeneracy invaded leaf land, Sodomite uses Satanic liberal courts to sexually enslave poor women”.
In addition, I have to simili-call out the “fake twitters” that quillette writers use when they cannot find an actual person to say something they have to invent it to keep their strawman alive. It makes it hard to keep the conversation on the facts. (Althought it was funny and raise legitimate critic of what awoken twitter bluecheckmarks can say) I invite them to take a look at the demographic they dunk on, considering close to no one from the left or pro-trans groups truly supports JY or actually knows who she was.
The responses form “the left” were slower to appear. When you spend your days fighting right-wingers or reading bread-theory for your breadtube channel, you don’t have much time for sorting out what’s going on everywhere.
I give credit here to another medium user here for trying exactly what I do, but 10 days before.
The major first response, and my favourite, came from Vaush that YT commie who debates right wingers and talking points in hour long streams. We fall on the same conclusion that such cases make the hard-earned trans rights look completely nuts compared to how the bigger picture actually is. He loses it a bit when calling “the right” hypocrites on pedophilia when the accused on on their side, such as Roy Moore.
Now let’s have a word on SJW Kat Blaque’s rant that, despite having occasionnal redpill dust and being mostly correct, could be resumed as “why do I have to talk about her, I am offended I am forced to speak on her behalf to condemn her while I have better to do”. In her usual fashion of “true tea” her brutal honesty is just tiptoeing around the bush to not sound in any way controvertial to her targeted audience.
To her credit she said that Trans rights were more about vital services like employment, housing and protections and not about getting genital wax. But Kat gave the old “I am not responsible for what someone of my demographic does”.. which is true. [Enter race] or [enter gender] or [enter sexuality] or [enter nationality] GROUPS should not be held responsible for the actions [past or present] of a few who belongs to the group. Except when.. you are an activist, you are a celebrity and your #1 work is advocating the main opinions about the subjects of your demographics. Revoking someone’s credibility as a self-declared activist is part of the game. That’s unfortunate, boring, dirty, annoying, I get it but we need it to be done by the biggest public figure. For exemple, Morganne Oger who is a Trans woman, long time activist and vice-president of B.C’s NeoDemocratic Party was aware of the cases and tried to dissuade Yaniv from going any further. She commented on NaPo quite a few times and wrote a fair OP;ED on the G&M.
As she said : “I think that people with a history of being accused of predatory behaviour shouldn’t be the ones asking for access to services in which women are vulnerable,” said Oger, who was among the first to investigate Yaniv’s past.
NO ONE** actually backed Yaniv except the poor lawyer of the BCHRT who will be paid to (and forced to)
Now after you make sure your movement is not infested by JYs, we have another reason why it remains important to sort them out.
LGBTQQIIAA2SPP+ youth are vulnerable and far more likely to be involved in sexual assault (as victims)
If you look at this flyer /picture for an event, it looks like your ordinary queer community targeted event with the Wishy-Washy progressive language and style. At first I didn’t notice anything worth of interest except who posted it. I read carefully. 12–24 no parents. HUH, back in my days it was 16–25 but okay.. hahaha..
WILL BE PERMITTED TO BE TOPLESS… okayyy and “body positivity, safety and inclusivity” needs the absence of parents. And what “organisation” is doing it? JY.. isn’t it that freak who… HO SHIT, THIS IS SO WRONG!
See; a predator is actively running activities under the guise of Wishy-Washy neo-progressive principles that, tied together, makes the perfect POOL (no pun intended) for him to prey on teenagers who could mindlessly remove their top as part of being young-wild-free transboys/queers/genderfluids (with developing female breasts) Side note ; I do worry about straight children too. It just happens that I am selling a message here to my target audience pls don’t @ me!
On livestream, Jessica Yaniv sounded like a complete clueless and heartless moron. But this could be just a character. I fear she (or he) is much more sneaky. As Jonathan he knew Trans were to be a protected class, specially by activists during the crucial time of being added to civil rights + social acceptance. We can find screenshots of him asking creepy questions to young girls. As Jessica, she knew how to weaponize a new law that had no legal precedent to strike fear in the hearts of legal newbies (mostly immigrants) She knew multiple other ways to gain access to vulnerable teenagers. It would be tempting to say he is not a true trans but that would be lazy on my part. Sexual predators of all forms must be condemned, regardless.
Conclusion
Trans of the Right, Trans of the Left, Transphobes and litterally everyone else now have a common enemy. I officially award JY the title of the most vile POS of 2019.

It was brought to my knowledge that PinkNews made a SUPER COMPLIANT report on her case that took her one-sided story, regardless of the “rape culture” apology and that Jessica Yaniv is an open liar. I would suggest looking at the comment section of the FB post and their Twitter filled by actual gays and trans who called the shit out of them. What’s even more deceiving is that they updated their article after reading the comments, only because of the racism implied. Yeah okay, I get it she acted on racist premises and prejudice… and it’s bad… but not a word on the sex scandals. That Toronto-bubble and extra-partisan editorial line is irresponsible and it is that protection of “our predators” that allows them access to teenagers.
